Deborah Tracer Webb, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother died February 17, 2024. She was born February 24, 1948. Debbie was a retired Hairdresser who worked many years at JCPenney, The Chesapeake, and Harbors Edge. After retirement she continued to see many of her clients at her home to do their hair. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren. She loved to brag about them and always enjoyed spending time with them. Deborah always had a smile on her face, would give the benefit of doubt more times than not, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. She enjoyed singing karaoke, dancing, and socializing at the Warwick Moose Lodge with her beloved Wayne.

She was preceded in death by her, mother, Juanita Jessup; brother, Dicky Tracer; and husband, Jerry Gaddis. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Webb; children, Hannah Elizabeth, William Lucius, and Jessekah Ruth; grandchildren, Miranda, Karissa, Caleb, and Eliyah; sisters, Sandy Walters (John) and Kim Middleton (Troy); as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and countless friends.

The family will receive friends at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 3-4PM. A funeral service will begin at 4PM.
