Deborah "Debbie" D. Hatter long time resident of Phoebus, Virginia passed away in Phoebus on August 16 2015. Born on January 18 1956, she lived to be 59 years old and was a homemaker. She worked on the waters within the Hampton Roads area commercial fishing and crabbing with her beloved husband (Wilson H. Hatter Sr.) who passed away on March 1 2015. Debbie (Mother (Mom), Grandmother (Mema) and Great-Grandmother (Mema)) is survived by sons Wilson H. Hatter Jr. and his wife Suzanna, Daniel "Bubba" J. Hatter and Timothy "Timmy" W. Hatter; Grandchildren Victoriah E. Hatter, Hailly Hatter, Taylor Hatter, Wilson H. Hatter III and Holly Hatter; Great-Grandchildren Adrian Martin, Chaz Hatter and Elizabeth Marie Larson and beloved family Brenda Erdman, Shirley, Sheila Clark, Faye Crocker, Robin Bouton, Lisa Gaskins, Darren Hatter and Devin Hatter.
