Deborah W. Carter, 68, passed away June 1, 2018. She had spent her career as a hair stylist and when not working she loved to spend time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 44 years, Jack Carter Jr. Deborah is survived by her children, Kelly Frederick and Corey Carter; brother A.C. White, and her grandchildren, Chris, Joe, and Jessica.

The family will receive friends at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 6-8:30pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday June, 5 2018 at 2PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
