David Adam Slonsky, 30, of Hampton, Virginia was called home to be with God on August 15, 2016 at Sentara Careplex Hospital.

David is survived by his loving parents Michael and Ingrid Slonsky; cherished younger sister, Rachael Mizelle and brother in law, Alan; niece Maya; and maternal grandmothers Lenore Schultz of Akron, Ohio and Annie White of Detroit, Michigan.  David will be mourned by a host of family members in Michigan and Ohio as well as friends and supporters throughout the community.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 11AM at Sixth Mount Zion Baptist Temple, 3100 Butternut Drive Hampton, Virginia 23666. Interment will be Private.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Sixth Mount Zion Baptist Temple for the Youth Center building fund on behalf of the Slonsky family.
