David
Hatch
June 14, 1960 – June 8, 2026
It is with great sadness that David Warren Hatch, known as “Hatch” or “Dave”, passed away unexpectedly on June 8, 2026. He was born in Wisbech, England on June 14, 1960 to the late Harold David Hatch and Shirley Florence Adams. Dave was a hardworking employee for Hoy construction for 41 years. A loving father and grandad to his family. Hatch loved the outdoors; hunting, camping, and wildlife was his serenity. A passionate animal lover (Luck dog) just like his Mum. Never an empty pocket, he always surprised his grandkids with chocolate and dog treats for the grand pups. Dave was famous for his air guitar whenever music was playing. Rather it be shooting targets, sitting by a bon fire, throwing “Natty’s” back or listening to rock n roll, Hatch was a simple man. He will be greatly missed but his legacy will live on. Dave is survived by his three children Brandy Wells (James), Chris Hatch (Tiffani), Jesse Hatch (Ronae), nine grandchildren; Tiffany Whitaker (Xavier), Timothy Morrison (Danielle), Brittany Godwin (Sam), Nevaeh Steele, Tyson and Trace Hatch, Kaylen, Kimber and Zoey Hatch. Seven great grandchildren. Extended family; Ronnie and Joyce Chitty, a loyal best friend Arthur “Art” Wakeman. Extended friends; Tom, Chris, Scott, Shackley and many other family and friends. In addition to his parents, Dave is preceded in death by his stepmother Char Hatch, stepfather Jess Adams, daughter Michelle Kirkland and his beloved dog Sweet Annie. A celebration of life will be announced at a later time.
