Obituary

Danny Arnett Stacey, 62, was called home to be with the Lord on November 28, 2017. Danny served his country for three years in the United States Marine Corps. Following his military service, he went on to work for 22 years with the Hampton Fire Department as a medic firefighter, then retiring as the Assistant Fire Marshall in 2012.

Danny was preceded in death by his father, Milton Stacey Jr. and is survived by his mother, Violet Brownlee, daughters, Rebecca A. Chaffin and husband Chase Chaffin, Rosie E. McFather and husband Scott McFather; granddaughter Madison C. Chaffin; brother Randy A. Stacey and wife Terry Stacey; niece Roxanne McNamara, and nephew Jake Stacey and wife Harley Stacey; great niece Aurora McNamara and great nephew Jeremiah McNamara.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 10am at Pine Chapel Baptist Church. A memorial service will begin at 11am with a reception to follow at the church.
