Cynthia L. Rudolf, 62, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 22, 2024.  Cindy was a devoted mother to Christopher, Richard, and Joshua.  She was loved by her neighbors and friends and well known by all.  Cindy enjoyed painting and crafts, fishing, anything Mickey Mouse, spending time with her beloved family, and making people smile.

Preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Leatha Varnier; and sister, Debbie; she leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Christopher, Richard and wife, Ashley, and Joshua; brother Roy Varnier, III and wife, Louanne; grandchildren,  Sensa, Alli, Antonio and Spencer; nephew, Roy Varnier, IV;  niece, Lori Varnier; her best friends, Holly and Maddie and their families; dear friends Beth, "V", Jaja, Shana and their families; as well as her fur baby, chihuahua, Shiloh.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 5:30 PM at 1427 Oakcrest Drive, Hampton, VA 23663.
