Cody Heath Lewis, 28, passed away Wednesday. January 15, 2014.

Born to W. Terry and Teresa Lewis, August 21, 1985, he resided in Hampton, VA from birth. He attended the Developmental Learning Program at Lee Elementary and graduated from Phoebus High School in 2007.

Cody is survived by his mother and father; brothers and sister; Terry and wife Ginny Lewis of Hampton, Jeremy and wife Amanda Lewis of Cameron, NC, Corey Peck of Hampton, and Jacob Lewis of Carrollton, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews. Cody was loved and cared for by many family members and close friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 2-3 PM at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home 245 S. Armistead Ave, Hampton. A funeral service to celebrate Cody's life will follow at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.

The family requests that memorial contributions be sent to the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
