Cianne Edmonds Joyner, 80, of Hampton, Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on March 20, 2024. A loving wife, mother, sister, and friend, Cianne passed away peacefully.

Cianne was preceded in death by her husband, Trenton Lee Joyner Sr.; her grandmother, Ethel Edmonds; her mother, Claire Cavenaugh Edmonds Garrison; her father, Freddie Edmonds; and her sister, Toni Garrison.

She is survived by her daughter, Tiki Joyner Edwards (William); her son, Trenton (Mickey) Lee Joyner, Jr. (Lucy); stepdaughter Sherri Davis; stepson Gerald Joyner (Linda); six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

A lifelong staple of Hampton, Virginia, Cianne graduated from Hampton High School in 1963. She retired from Riverside Hampton Roads Eye Associates, where she worked with a team she loved for years.

A memorial service will be held at Keep The Promise Worship Center, 402 D Wythe Creek Rd., Poquoson, VA 23662, on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at 5 pm.
