Charles Robert Laslo

US Navy Retired BTCM Master Chief

1940-2018

On November 30 Charles passed away in his sleep. He was 77. He is proceeded in death by his loving wife Minnie Marie, his parents Charles and Margret, and sister Margret Grela and brother Frank Laslo. He is survived by 3 sons Steven Laslo and wife Joyce, Charles Laslo and wife Robin, and Joe Laslo and wife Christine. Also, sisters Shirley Smith, Janet Blough, and Linda Wallace and husband Tom, and brothers Elmer Laslo and wife Jan and Tom Laslo. Grandkids Kristen Owens, Steve Laslo, Sean Laslo, Ginny Lane and Cory Lane, 8 Great Grandkids and several nieces and nephews. He was a loving Dad, brother, grandfather(pap), loved to be in the woods, and was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates.

We would like to give special thanks to the staff at Morningside of Newport News (assisted living) and to New Century Hospice for their professionalism, care, love and kindness they provided for our dad.

Reception and Service will be held December 8th at 11am
