Carl R. Tyree, 69, died February 8, 2017 surrounded by his family. Carl was a longtime resident of the Peninsula and had worked for a number of years as a long haul truck driver.

Carl was preceded in death by his father Carl T. Tyree and his sister Marsha Woodard. Survivors include his loving wife Lana Tyree; daughters, Heather Solyom and Sarah Goad; sons, Christopher Tyree and Joshua Tyree; grandchildren Richard, Jessica, Kayla and Gemma; mother, Sarah Tyree; sister, Leisa Maddy; and brother, Frank Tyree.
