HAMPTON - Brian H, Phillips, 60, died Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Brian was born in Newport News on September 29, 1956. He graduated from Bethel High School in 1974.
He was predeceased by his father Herbert L. Phillips. He is survived by his mother Betty S. Burnes, his stepfather David R. Burnes; brothers, Kevin and Steven Phillips, Michael Burnes; nephews Tyler and Camden Phillips, Iian and Jared Burnes; niece Morgan Phillips.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 19 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Drive, Hampton, VA 23666. There will be no locally held funeral service. Donations may be made to a . Arrangements by Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions 757-825-8070.
