Bobby White, 74 of Hampton, VA peacefully passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024 surrounded by loved ones. Bobby was an employee of N.N. Shipyard for 52 years. He loved spending time with family, especially watching his great-grandchildren play.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents and son. He is survived by his wife, of 55 years, Elsie White; son and daughter-in-law Gregory and Angela White; grandchildren, Timothy White, Daniel White, Destiny White, Kayla White, Joshua White, Brandon White, Rae Gilliam, Ashton White, Nia Williams; and also 14 great grandchildren and many friends. He will be missed greatly.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm, Thursday, January 25, 2024 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, 245 S. Armistead Ave, Hampton with interment to follow in Hampton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 1-2 pm.
