Billie Sue Fee, 71, wife of Kelly Fee died November 7, 2013 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law in Carrollton. The daughter of the late Virgil and Lula Gaines, Mrs. Fee was born in Harlan County, KY. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Richard and wife Charlene Fee, Michael and wife Gwen Fee; daughters, Kellie and husband Greg Goodman, Paula and husband Rodney Caison; and a sister, Brenda Gaines; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and many relatives and friends. Mrs. Fee was preceded in death by brothers, Hershel and Eugene Gaines; and sisters, Ann Hickey and Margie Turner.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 11, 2007 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home 245 S. Armistead Ave, Hampton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
