Billie Ginn Borden, 95, widow of Arnold Borden, passed away Monday, January 6, 2014. Born in Augusta, KY, she was a longtime resident of Chapel Hill, NC where she retired after 18 years from UNC Chapel Hill.

Billie was also preceded in death by her daughter, Catherine and son, John Borden. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Martha Borden, with whom she has lived in Hampton.
