Barbara Jean DeGrazia went home to the Lord on September 23, 2017. Jean was a giving, loyal, loving friend to everyone she met. All who were considered as friends now have a guardian angel in Heaven.

Jean is survived by her best friend and devoted husband of 39 years James B. DeGrazia, daughter Jennifer M. Devlin (Randy), grandchildren Donavan, Morgan, & Adelyn Devlin, sister M.E. Beth Wilson (Hugh), niece Pamela Knight (Jeffrey), nephew Andrew Knight, the Shockley family, and the Burch family. She was preceded in death by her parents John Jr. & Clara Nell Finenco, her sister Antoinette MacBeth, her mother-in-law C. Tina DeGrazia, and her angel Scotty Burch.

Jean was born on April 24, 1956 in Miami Florida.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon, Friday, September 29, 2017 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church by Msgr. Walter C. Barrett with interment to follow at St. John's Cemetery in Downtown Hampton. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 11-12.

No flowers please. Donations in her honor are requested for the Downtown Hampton Childhood Development Center.
