Audrey J. Hartwick, 75, died on July 29, 2016. The daughter of George and Lucie Hind, she was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Audrey had been a longtime resident of the Peninsula and a faithful member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was well known for her volunteer work, serving with the ICC food pantry and Night's Welcome planning committee. She loved children and worked hard with the CHICA volunteer group to help children come to accept Christ into their lives. Audrey loved bingo and when she wasn't playing she was volunteering to support the Knights of Columbus. She was a great cook and an avid reader.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents George and Lucie Hind; husband, Walter J. Hartwick Jr.; son, Christopher J. Cole; and her sister, Sandra J. Giddens. She is survived by her daughters, Deborah J. Space, Patricia J. Cole (Eric), and Stephanie J. Keatts, as well as 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, three nieces and a nephew.

The family will receive friends at Immaculate Conception Church, Wednesday, August 3, 2016 from 5:30-7:00PM. A Mass of the Resurrection will be begin at 7PM.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donation in her memory be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, food pantry fund.
