Anthony Victor Clark, 35, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025. Born in Edenton, NC, he had been a Hampton resident for the last 15 years where he was well known and loved by the community. He was a devoted son, brother, friend and father who passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, care and cherished moments.

Anthony's greatest joy in life was his daughter Anaiyah, who was the center of his world. He showed his love not only through his words but in thoughtful gestures, doing anything his daughter's heart desired. He loved surprising Anaiyah with her favorite Starbucks drink and making sure she always knew how much she meant to him.

He loved to listen to all types of music, camping with his family, fishing and swimming. Anthony always found peace in life's simple but beautiful moments. One of Anthony's favorite pastimes was taking pictures of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and looking at the moon and stars, especially when in North Carolina where you can see them so clearly without city lights.  He often enjoyed playing chess by the beach with friends. These moments reflected his appreciation for the world around him and just how free his spirit was.

Anthony was a man who always put his family first above all else. He made sure his loved ones were cared for, protected and surrounded with the deepest parts of his heart and strength. His presence brought comfort, and his love will continue to guide those who were fortunate enough to be a part of his life.

Anthony Clark will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who shared his journey. His light will live on in the sunsets he loved, his daughter's laughter and all the many lives he has touched.

Survivors include his parents, Betty Clark and Jeff Jones; his daughter, Anaiyah Morgan Autumn Clark; his sister, Arynn Easom; two brothers, Victor Clark, Jr. and Devin Easom; and nephews, Jaden, Inez and Kahmi Clark. Also surviving Anthony are Cathy Lynn, Dorthy Phillips, Brenda Munday, Brittany, Steven, Justin, Courtney, Doris, Richard, Jodi, Rachel, Zach, Alexis Borrero, and Shawnese Eleazer.

The family will receive friends from 5-7PM Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 11AM, Thursday in the funeral home chapel and may be watched live by clicking HERE .
