Anne Hooker Clark, 85, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2024 while under hospice care. Her husband Robert Gordon Clark, parents Ray and Mary Anne Hooker, and brother Willard Hooker, Jr. preceded her in death.

Anne was born in Hampton, Va. She grew up sailing, riding horses and playing sports. She loved nature, gardening and being on the water.  She instilled that love in her children.

Anne was a devoted member of Ware Episcopal Church for over 40 years. She thoroughly enjoyed her family, and many dear friends.

Anne is survived by her children: Elizabeth (Daniel) Fisher, Alice (William) Krebs, Suzanne (Douglas) Green, and Robert Jr. (Tracie) Clark; six grandchildren: Jacqueline and Katherine Fisher (Patrick Tewey), Margaret Martien, Grace (Jonathan) Rigby; Freya and Justin Corrywright.

A service for family and friends will be held on Thursday May 2, at 1 p.m. at Ware Episcopal Church in Gloucester. Donations may be made to CHKD or the Alzheimer's Association.
