Angela Hunt of Hampton, died February 17, 2024. Born August 12, 1965 to the late Robert and Barbara Nelson, she was a lifelong resident of the Peninsula. Angela loved her children and grandchildren and will be remembered for the times they spent collecting sea glass, seashells, and sharks teeth on the beach. She loved riding Harleys, fishing, and dancing. Angela loved working in the garden and tending to her flowers.

She is survived by her children and their families; Amber Powell and her husband David Powell and grandchildren, John Snoha and David Powell Jr.; Ashley Kieper and her husband Ryan Kieper and grandchildren, Travis Pamplin, Steven Pamplin, Blake Pamplin, Austin Hunt; Randy Hunt and Rebecca Parrish and grandchildren, Kira Hunt and Chase Parrish; sister, Stephanie Nelson; and brother, Tony Nelson.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 2PM at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home.
