Newport News-
Alex James "A.J." Sesek, Jr, age 71, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018 after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
A.J. was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Virginia Sesek, and his brother, Richard Sesek. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Sesek; daughter, Lindsay Cutshaw (Nathan); son, Alex "Trey" Sesek (Brittany); stepchildren, Adam Rothwell (Laurie), Amber Rothwell, Mary Smoot (Jeremy), Nathan Rothwell (Laura), Ben Rothwell (Destiny), Isaac Rothwell (Breanna); and eight grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at CrossWalk Church in the Real World Worship Center at 13771 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23602.
If preferred to sending flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Elephant Sanctuary at P.O. Box 393, Hohenwald, TN 38462.
